Party Out the Box make every effort to ship purchased items in accordance with the shipping method selected by the purchaser. Party Out the Box can not control the timeliness of the actual shipper.
Party Out the Box uses the following shipping providers to deliver products.
United Stated Postal Service (USPS)
United Parcel Service (UPS)
Party follows the following return policy.
Items to be returned to Party Out the Box must be the original packing unopened and in good sellable condition. Customer must call the help desk line (770 484-5273) prior to returning any purchased item to discribe the reason for the return.
Item that are season are not considered for return, exchange or refund. Item sold during holidays such Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Mardi-Gras for example fall within this area.
Item that are wearable items such as mask, costumes, hats and feather boa's for example, are items that are not considered for return exchange or refund. Party Out the Box will make final determinations upon receiving a call from the customer.
Within 15 days of receiving the item(s) at Party Out the Box, our store will process the the pre-authorized item(s) for refund.
